Penmul R950 is a colorless mixture of solvent and emulsifiers intended for use in difficult industrial cleaning applications. Penmul R950 is especially effective in loosening and dissolving asphaltic and heavy petroleum based soils and sludge accumulations. Penmul R950 is typically used to clean and desludge oil storage tanks, engine blocks and where asphalt is mixed, applied or pumped. Penmul R950 has a flash point above 140^oF, rendering it non-hazardous for disposal.
